Here is to a truly local restaurant! Food is served from a buffet and you can tell everybody knows everybody in there. People are very friendly, specially when they see that you are an outsider. Stopped there on our way to Jackson. An authentic local experience, food and atmosphere!

First time...the BEST restaurant ribs (dry and wet) we have ever had! The fried chicken was amazing as well! We will definitely be back!

If you like delicious Southern food like fried chicken, ribs, fried fish, home cooked vegetables, and the best rolls you’ve ever tasted, I’ve got just the place for you— Main Street Cafe in Collins. Mississippi. We eat here every time we pass through Collins, and I haven’t been disappointed yet. To make the visit even better, Ladies, there’s a gift shop right in the restaurant! Do yourself a favor and visit the Main Street Cafe in Collins!

I live in Laurel & was in Collins on some personal business & decides to go try this place to see if it was worth the hype that ppl were giving it. I went on 2 different occasions & each time the food was so dang deeeelicious. The service was top tier & even though they were extremely busy, They moved the line so quickly. Also I’m not a fan of banana pudding but I tried theirs & when I tell u it was the best I’ve eaten in a very long time. I ordered 2 more 2 go. If I could give this place 10 I would. If yall haven’t ever tried it , I encourage yall to please check them out . Yall won’t be sorry.

Sweet deal for traditional southern-style food served with a generous smile and ample portions! Highly recommend. My only small disappointment was the blueberry cobbler (NOTE: I'm extra snobby when it comes to desserts). For me, it was a bit too sweet and had biscuit mix for the breading instead of a pie crust pastry. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed the simple goodness at a great price.
